Clinical white paper on split-thickness skin grafting and excisions of necrosis

White Paper Overview: Clinical study on split-thickness skin grafting and excision of necrosis

Two porcine studies were performed: one to test the device for excision of necrosis and one for the harvesting of an STSG. The primary objective of both studies was to characterize the performance and safety of the Amalgatome® SD (test device) on both graft harvesting and wound debridement when compared to market-released dermatomes (control devices).
