LINDA SOPKO | Director of Sales
(Tampa, FL)

Linda has a passion for making a difference in the lives of people, patients, and the products around her.  Her career has always focused on various medical devices, and as a surgical account manager she helps customers deliver patient outcomes through “the healing power of skin”.  She serves healthcare professionals to explore needs and solutions, provides training, and supports evaluations.  Her reward is knowing every day that she serves burn and trauma clinicians, they can improve the lives of patients.

Linda brings 25 years of product management and marketing development to Exsurco.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL., and a master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Webster University, St. Louis, MO.

She loves spending time with her family, watching sports and sci-fi movies, and serving drinks at their tiki bar.

CARA REVELL | Clinical Manager
(Pittsburgh, PA)

Cara’s responsibilities include conducting in-services, delivering training programs, providing product support, conducting evaluations and support activities regarding safety, handling, operation, and maintenance the Amalgatome SD and Mesh|EX in hospitals, burn centers, and surgery centers. Her focus is to ensure hospital staff get the best experience possible, as well as being in the operating room for excision and skin grafting.

Prior to joining Exsurco, Cara worked with Center for Organ Recovery and Education in Pittsburgh; as their Professional Services Liaison.   She completed her bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2014 from Carlow University, Pittsburgh, PA with a completion of autopsy specialization and has been a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) since 2016.  Cara is also a two-time poster presenter for the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB).

In her spare time Cara can be enjoys cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers & Penguins, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog.

HEATHER SHIELDS | Surgical Applications Specialist
(Detroit, MI)

Heather brings a wealth of expertise to the team, with over a decade of experience spanning diverse facets of the mortuary field. Her background includes five years as a licensed mortician and three years teaching advanced facial reconstruction techniques at the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. In addition, Heather has four years of hands-on experience in tissue and cornea recovery, where she became proficient with Exsurco’s innovative Amalgatome MD tissue banking instrument. Her role at Exsurco is to conduct in-services, deliver training programs, provide product support, and support activities regarding safety, handling, operation, and maintenance the Amalgatome SD and Mesh|EX in hospitals, burn centers, and surgery centers.

She is eager to leverage her skills in this new chapter, transitioning to the operating room environment, and expanding her expertise in surgical applications.

Outside of work, Heather and her partner love traveling the world together. They enjoy discovering new places and learning about different cultures along the way. One of their favorite parts of traveling is trying unique foods and experiencing the local cuisine of each destination.

ANNA WELSH | Surgical Accounts Associate
(St. Louis, MO)

Anna joined Exsurco eager to provide product support and provide her customers with top tier customer service. Her responsibilities also include conducting evaluations and support activities regarding maintenance of the Amalgatome SD and Mesh|EX in surgery centers. Her focus is to ensure hospital staff get the best experience possible, as well as being in the operating room for excision and skin grafting support.

Anna is a certified Yoga Instructor and has led retreats outside of the US. Anna completed her bachelor’s degree in arts in 2016 from Webster University in St. Louis. with post-secondary studies in advanced calculus and electrical engineering. After graduating from the Medical device sales college, she became passionate about helping patients in their healing journey through impactful and transformative new technologies.

In her spare time, she enjoys painting canyons and botanical scenes in which she loves to hike and camp. You can find her enjoying live music, cooking and laughing with friends and family on the weekends.

HALSTON GREEN | Surgical Applications Specialist
(Tampa, FL)

Halston’s role involves conducting in-services, delivering comprehensive training programs, and providing product support for the Amalgatome SD and Mesh|EX in hospitals, burn centers, and surgical facilities. His primary focus is ensuring hospital staff receive exceptional training and support, as well as assisting in the operating room during excision and skin grafting procedures.

Halston began his career as an educator, teaching at Country School elementary schools before moving to Trinity School for Children, where he coached track and football. He earned a degree in Communications from Hillsborough Community College and started his healthcare journey as a Surgical Nursing Assistant in the operating room at AdventHealth. He later transitioned to the role of Instrument Coordinator, managing instrumentation, working closely with surgical technologists and the Sterile Processing Department to ensure seamless operations.

Outside of work, Halston enjoys running track, playing football, and continuing to coach. He is an avid fan of WWE and loves watching films and documentaries. In his free time, he attends concerts, writes and produces music, and performs with his church. Above all, Halston values spending quality time with his family.

LYNDSEY VITTITOW | Surgical Applications Specialist
(Austin, TX)

Lyndsey holds a BS in Health Management with minors in Public Health and Health Science from Wichita State University, along with specialized training in Orthopedic Extremities, Orthopedic Reconstruction, and Trauma from Medical Sales College. Lyndsey’s responsibilities at Exsurco include conducting in-services, delivering training programs, and providing product support for the Amalgatome SD and Mesh|EX in hospitals and burn centers. Her focus is to ensure hospital staff get the best experience possible while utilizing Exsurco Medical surgical devices.

She chose to pursue medical device sales to make a direct impact on patient care, driven by both a passion for healthcare and personal experience as a medical device recipient.

Lyndsey enjoys travel, anything outdoors, paddle boarding, capturing moments through photography and playing recreational sports (volleyball, basketball, flag football, pickleball, you name it). Lyndsey is a loving owner of two boxers; Dolly Pawton and Merle Waggard. She loves Kansas City BBQ, and is a loyal Kansas City Chiefs supporter.

JESSICA OSBORNE | Customer Service & Operations Support Specialist

Jessica thrives on ascertaining customer needs, building rapport, and recommending solutions.  Customers look to Jessica as the point person in maintaining their accounts, confirming orders, and communicating delivery information.  Along with the Customer Service side, she supports the Service Department with issuing the Service Orders, monitoring inventory levels, shipping, and invoicing.

Jessica brings real life experience in her decade of servicing customers.  In her spare time, Jessica is an engaged mom to active children, enjoying hiking, outdoor activities and cheering-on their sports teams.

RYAN HENDRICK | Global Tissue Accounts Manager
(Fort Wayne, IN)

Ryan’s passion is training and educating customers on how Exsurco products and services add value to the work they do every day.  He serves the Tissue Bank (both Recovery and Processing) customers providing hands-on surgical training for Tissue Banks and Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) on the use of the Amalgatome MD, SK and SD devices, dramatically increasing split thickness skin recovery yields and improving user confidence.

Trained in both our Tissue and Surgical accounts, he conducts in-services, delivers training programs, provides product support, and on-going activities regarding our products in tissue banks, hospitals, burn centers, and ORs.  He has been working in tissue banking since 2008 and is a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS).  His previous roles included Indiana University Health and also at Indiana Donor Network as a Tissue Procurement Coordinator.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.  Ryan also has specialized training in aseptic technique, sterilization processes, and tissue recovery. In his free time, Ryan loves watching hockey and golfing with his family.

ADAM FOX | Surgical Accounts Manager
(Nashville, TN)

Adam started in the healthcare field as a transplant perfusionist with Tennessee Donor Services.  After 12 years in the organ and tissue donation field, Adam transitioned into different medical device and service roles which led him to join Exsurco Medical.  Adam loves getting the opportunity to work alongside physicians, OR and hospital staff on using our Amalgatome SD and Mesh|EX mesher.  Leaning into his 15+ years in the healthcare field, Adam has a passion for patient care and their outcomes.

Adam graduated from Union University and completed a study abroad at the University of Oxford in England.  In his free time, Adam loves to attend sporting events, spend time with family and friends, and relax with his wife and four children at the beach.

TAYLOR NICHOLS | Global Product Manager
(Cleveland, OH)

In her role, Taylor manages the Exsurco product portfolio to ensure the company’s medical devices provide solutions to customers’ needs.  She’s focused on New Product Development (NPD) along with design and sustaining engineering on our all products through obtaining feedback from the field team and our customers as well as sharing product information to provide seamless customer support.

She completed her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from North Carolina State University. While there Taylor worked on a design project to improve the effectiveness of dermatomes used by plastic surgeons at a local burn and trauma center.  She also studied abroad in London for 6 months where she attended Queen Mary University.

Taylor is also responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to build our franchise in the global market, drive market growth (line extensions, advertisement campaigns, and customer engagement activities), and develop strategic relationships with healthcare professionals.

An avid fitness buff, Taylor is usually training for a marathon.   Recently she completed the Chicago Marathon raising money for The Michael J. Fox Foundation and also participated in Lifebanc’s Over-The-Edge fundraising rappelling event held at the Oswald Centre in downtown Cleveland.

TAYLOR DEMPSEY | Surgical Accounts Manager
(San Diego, CA)

Taylor services the customers on the west coast ensuring their needs are met and sharing product information to provide seamless customer support. Taylor's clinical background allows her the educational foundation to meet customers where they are and anticipate needs before they arise.

She earned a nursing degree from the University of Hawaii in Maui. With background in trauma and burn critical care, she has developed a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes. Additionally, having worked as a clinical training specialist Taylor gained an in-depth understanding of medical products and treatments, as well as the importance of providing tailored solutions to support specific healthcare needs.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and traveling.
