Exsurco® Medical was awarded the prestigious “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” at the annual Erie County Economic Development Corporation (ECEDC) annual meeting on August 8th. The focus of ECEDC is to coordinate the region’s approach to economic development and foster a growth-friendly environment as demonstrated by their mission of Start, Stay, Grow in Erie County, please see http://www.eriecountyedc.org/
The award was accepted on behalf of all the Exsurco Medical Employees and Bettcher Employees who helped create and make Exsurco into what it is today. Exsurco was selected from all large list of companies from throughout Erie County. The award states: The Entrepreneur of the Year Award recognizes individuals, companies or organizations that have demonstrated outstanding business inspiration and ambition in the creation of a new product, service or establishment.
From our past design, development and sales efforts to grow the Amalgatome® MD to the launch of our first medical device, the Amalgatome SD, this award recognizes the spirit and power of innovation at Exsurco and the people behind it.
