The Rosenberg Mesher is a skin graft meshing system utilizing adjustable meshing ratios.  The adjustable mesher has options for multiple meshing ratios and eliminates the need to keep stock of different meshers, rollers, or carriers.  The skin graft may be meshed into all size meshing ratios (from 1:1 up to more than 1:5).  This is based upon the needs, available skin, functional and aesthetic considerations.

The Rosenberg Mesher's width is nearly double the width of traditional meshers and has an almost unlimited length carrier that allows for meshing grafths of any size and shape.  The unique elevation system allows any smooth plate (thickness range from 0.05mm to 5mm, max 16cm wide and unlimited length) to be used as a skin graft carrier
